Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sliced Foxy Strawberries, divided
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup quick rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut

Preparation

  1. In blender, purée 2 cups sliced strawberries, bananas, almond milk, ice, oats, honey and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Divide among 2 bowls. Top with remaining strawberries, almonds and coconut.

Tip: Boost the breakfast bowl with a drizzle of flax oil, ground flax, chia or hemp seeds.
