Pick-a-Winner
(and store them so they last ...)
Selecting
Look for glossy uniform red color and a green stem.
Washing
Only wash strawberries that you are ready to eat. Rinse selected berries under cool water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Storing
Our clamshells are specifically designed to create the perfect storage atmosphere for strawberries. It’s best to keep them in the clamshell in your refrigerator. Optimal temperature is 32° to 36°F.
